Rosenberg Kolb Architects, P.C. is a New York City based planning, architecture and interior design firm. The principal architects Eric Rosenberg and Michele Kolb have 25+ years of extensive experience designing residential and commercial spaces, including hospitality spaces, restaurants, retail spaces, showrooms, and institutional projects such as corporate offices, schools and UN missions. We have also designed many residential projects of all types in NY and surrounding states. The firm offers services in addition to architecture and interior design, including graphic design, property management, real estate related assessments, feasibility studies, and consulting work on code and zoning issues. Both principals are LEED certified New York Architects. The NYC office manages and maintains a small number of real estate holdings in New York and elsewhere. It also oversees a web based home furnishings named Belongings.
